The Breguet Tourbillon Regulator watch (ref. 5307BA/12/9V6) features a mechanical automatic movement with a 120-hour power reserve; engine-turned regulator dial in silvered, 18k gold; center minutes hand; tourbillon; sapphire-crystal, transparent case back; and 39mm, 18k yellow gold case on a brown crocodile strap with an 18k yellow gold ardillon buckle.
