Vintage Cartier ladies' pendant watch, with a mechanical manual winding movement (set the time, while depressing a button between 11 and 12 o'clock); ivory-colored dial with black Arabic numerals and minute track; polished yellow gold bezel with diamond-accented, double-sided platinum rim; polished yellow gold case back with diamond-set, foliate-patterned center; and 33mm, circular-shaped case, suspended from a 27" platinum link chain, the chain accented by bezel-set, circular-cut diamonds. The diamonds in the chain weigh approximately 4.5 total carats, while the diamonds accenting the case itself weigh approximately 1.06 total carats.
