Art Deco ruby and diamond panel brooch in platinum designed as a hexagonal panel with a central circular-cut ruby and diamond quatrefoil cluster and an open diamond set foliate surround, with detachable frame to convert to a pendant. Manufactured circa 1920 and of American origin. Height: 3.17cm (1.3"). Width/Length: 4.44cm (1.8"). Signed Dreicer.
