The IWC Portuguese watch (ref. IW500101) features a mechanical automatic movement; silver dial with date display; power reserve display; small seconds subdial; sapphire-crystal, transparent case back; and 42.3mm, 18k rose gold case on a matte brown alligator strap with an 18k rose gold deployant clasp.

The Portuguese Automatic retains the classical appearance of the now legendary original Portuguese watch crafted by IWC in the 1930's, with its large diameter of 42.3mm, appliquéd Arabic numerals and slim, swallow-style hands. However, the watch has been updated with the finest technology that IWC has to offer today, including an exclusive Pellaton winding system, as well as elegant small seconds and 7-day power reserve displays.
