IW371806) features a mechanical automatic movement with 44-hour power reserve; silver dial with small seconds subdial; day & date displays; sapphire-crystal, transparent case back; and 44mm, stainless steel case on a brown calfskin strap with a stainless steel ardillon buckle.

The IWC Spitfire Double Chronograph has a fascinating complication that is not incorporated into any other watch in this collection: the split seconds had, or rattrapante. A rattrapante chronograph can be used to time events, as well as, importantly, to measure intermediate times within a particular minute with extraordinary accuracy.
