Betteridge partners with Borderfree, a global e-commerce fulfillment solution, to offer an enhanced international shopping experience. When you place an international order, although your transaction will be with Borderfree, we continue to support all your customer service needs.
Borderfree is a groundbreaking global e-commerce solution that enables us to present our international shoppers with product prices in their home currency, guarantees the lowest possible order total inclusive of customs/taxes, and ensures a seamless international shipping experience. In short, Borderfree allows us to offer the best possible shopping experience to our international customers.
Placing an International Order
In order to place an international order, click on the country flag/name at the top of the page and select your shipping destination as well as preferred currency. Now, you are ready to start shopping on Betteridge.com.
When you check out, Borderfree processes your transaction. Betteridge then ships your order to Borderfree's US shipping hub, and Borderfree coordinates your international shipping in the most reliable and secure manner possible.
If you don't see your country listed, Betteridge does not yet ship to your destination.

Currencies & Exchange Rates
Betteridge supports billing in over 60 global currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. If you click on the country flag/name at the top of the page, you can see a full list of supported currencies.
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when the order is placed. Exchange rates are determined by Borderfree and based on the current inter-bank foreign exchange rates.
Duties & Taxes
Duties, or customs tariffs, are set by the destination country's customs authorities. Generally, they are determined based on factors including the country of origin of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes, such as the Value Added Tax (or VAT), are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax during the checkout process.
As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you will be billed, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.
Betteridge supports Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, JCB and China UnionPay, with additional payment options coming soon. The payment options available at checkout depend on the shipping destination; not all payment methods are offered for each country.
Please contact your credit card company prior to placing your order to inform them you plan to make a purchase from Betteridge and let them know the amount you would like to charge. This will help ensure your order payment is more rapidly approved.
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree at the time your items leave the United States. You will see BF*BETTERIDGE on your credit card statement related to the transaction, where “BF” denotes the Borderfree network.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping or returns at this time.
Depending on which shipping carrier you select, average international shipping times vary from three business days to up to ten business days. You will see the approximate shipping time specific to your destination at checkout.
Shipping windows are estimates; specific delivery dates for international orders cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Betteridge Customer Support or call (888) 556-2127. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns; any return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We also cannot refund your original shipping charge.
To receive a refund including applicable duties, taxes and/or tariffs, your order must be returned to Borderfree using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. To receive this form, please email Betteridge Customer Support.
We cannot refund the duties, taxes and/or tariffs if an item is returned directly to a Betteridge location.
International Gift Giving
If you live in the US and want to pay with a US credit card, you can still ship your order overseas. Conversely, we can also accept your order, if you are an American traveling or living abroad with a foreign credit card and want to ship your order within the US.
We do not support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally-shipped orders.
Merchandise Shipment Restrictions
The maximum order value for international shipments is US $25,000. If you would like to place an international order for an amount in excess of US $25,000, the order must be coordinated directly by Betteridge Customer Support. In this case, please email us.
If for some reason there are order items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, we will notify you during the checkout process.
Alligator and crocodile watch straps cannot be shipped internationally. If you purchase a watch with an alligator or crocodile strap as a part of an international order, then Betteridge will swap the existing strap with one composed entirely of leather, fabric or rubber.
