Shipping Policy
Betteridge offers free FedEx Standard Overnight® shipping for all online orders delivered within the continental USA. We offer free FedEx 2Day® shipping for all online orders delivered within Alaska and Hawaii. This includes insurance to cover the potential loss/theft or your item, as well as the cost of transportation.
We charge for international delivery. Additionally, customers may be responsible for paying taxes and/or duties on international shipments. Betteridge uses FedEx® for many international orders; however, we may use another shipping service, at our discretion, in order to speed international delivery.
We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible- ideally, on the day the item is purchased (assuming immediate, in-stock availability); however, there are a number of circumstances (including out-of-stock status, late-in-the-day purchase, etc.) that will necessitate a later shipping date.
Betteridge offers FedEx Priority Overnight® shipping with Saturday delivery for an additional charge. If you need your order to arrive on a Saturday, please contact us. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas.
Our shipping department is open from 9am-5pm EST from Tuesday through Saturday. Generally, we need to receive an order before 2:30pm EST from Tuesday through Friday, and before 11:00am EST on Saturday, in order to ship it through FedEx® to arrive the following business day.
FedEx® does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you would like to place an order for delivery to a P.O. box, please contact us.
FedEx® requires a signature for all deliveries from Betteridge. This requirement is for your protection. Please do your best to ensure that the recipient of the delivery will be at home to receive the package. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx® location, for later pick up, please let us know.
If you have purchased multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In this case, FedEx® will require a signature for each package delivered.
