Luminor Marina 1950 3-Days Steel (PAM00422)
The Panerai Luminor Marina 1950 3-Days (ref. PAM00422) features the P.3001 caliber mechanical manual-winding movement with an approximate three-day power reserve when fully wound; black "sandwich" dial; small seconds subdial at 9 o'clock; sapphire-crystal, transparent case back; and 47mm, stainless steel case on a brown leather strap with an oversized, stainless steel ardillon buckle.
About the PAM00422's Caliber P.3001 Movement:
In the Panerai Caliber P.3001 movement, the power reserve indication is located on the bridge of the movement, which is visible through the crystal on the back. Characteristic of Panerai, the movement has large bridges, two spring barrels giving a power reserve of three days and a balance wheel 13.2 mm in diameter with variable inertia, enabling the rate of the watch to be adjusted through external screws on the rim. The movement also offers a seconds zero reset device and a mechanism for the rapid adjustment of the hour, enabling the hour hand to jump one hour at a time, without interfering with the movement of the minute hand or the running of the watch.
