J Fine Jewelry
About J Fine
Rare Diamonds. Exceptional Jewelry.
The rarest of precious gemstones makes for an inspiring muse, and designing with natural color diamonds requires a special understanding of the stone, its color and its properties. J FINE, considered one of the foremost experts in natural color diamonds and exotic gemstones, creates meticulously handcrafted jewelry with brilliant contrasts and striking designs.
As an Authorized Partner of the now-closed Argyle Mine, the world’s only consistent source of pink diamonds, J FINE has curated a collection of some of the rarest and most important diamonds ever discovered.
Our Diamond Source
Historically, natural pink diamonds were sourced predominantly from one location on the planet—the Argyle Mine in western Australia, which ceased operations in late 2020. Formed over 1.6 billion years ago, more than 100 miles beneath the Earth's surface, Argyle Pink™ Diamonds are among the most valuable and sought-after gems in the world. As an Authorized Argyle Partner, J Fine has assembled an inventory of some of the rarest and most important diamonds the Earth has produced, and a carefully curated collection of outstanding Argyle Pink™ and other natural color diamonds.
Argyle Pink™ Diamonds are so rare that all of the pink diamonds weighing a half carat or more mined in a year would fit in the palm of your hand. With the mine now closed and 90% of world’s supply now gone, the existing Argyle pinks become rarer and more valuable by the day.
Assembling pink diamonds meticulously matched for color and quality can take years and requires a discerning talent and vision. All J Fine jewelry is handcrafted with handset diamonds and an excruciating attention to detail. It is this commitment to quality and craftsmanship that continues to separate J FINE and its jewelry from all others.
Company founder Jordan Fine is considered one of the foremost experts in natural-colored diamonds and gemstones in the world and is a past President of the Natural Color Diamond Association. As the Argyle Mine is now closed forever, J FINE remains one of the most significant resources for the increasingly rare diamonds discovered there.
