This spirited collection embodies Blancpain’s passion for the underwater world, originating from the presentation of the first modern diver’s watch in 1953.
Today, the collection retains the core signature elements that established the legendary model as the archetypal diver’s watch, updated with innovative materials and new technical solutions to push boundaries and meet even the most sophisticated diving needs.
EQUIPPED FOR THE DEPTHS
This Bathyscaphe model is finished in rich blue tones, reminiscent of the depths of the ocean.
The robust, 43.6mm grey ceramic case houses a brushed blue dial with a date display and white luminescent hands and hour markers, framed by a blue ceramic unidirectional bezel. A blue sail-canvas strap offers an additional nod to the timepiece’s rich ocean heritage.
Power and precision are provided by the 1315 automatic movement, while a 120-hour power reserve and water resistance to 30 bar (300 metres) ensure impeccable performance.
