Whether it’s a simple, time-only dress watch, a complicated GMT, or a constant-force tourbillon, Grand Seiko’s wares are some of the finest in any class.
This particular Grand Seiko from the 2010s is a Spring Drive GMT from the Elegance line. Housed in a 40mm stainless steel case with holey lugs, a signed crown, and a smooth polished bezel, it features a sunburst silver dial with applied indices, a matching Dauphine handset with a blued steel GMT hand, an outer 24-hour and ‘railroad’ minute track, a power reserve indicator, and a date window at 3:00. Powered by a Grand Seiko Caliber 9R66 Spring Drive movement, it comes paired to a stainless steel multi-link bracelet with a signed push-button deployant clasp.
In excellent condition and including its factory goodies, this Reference SBGE025 is an attractive GMT option that can be dressed up or down, depending on the occasion. Well sized for men and women, it’s an under-the-radar option waiting for a second life of adventure and travel.
