First created in 1957, the SuperOcean collection was designed to meet the needs of professional and military divers. Today the range’s popularity has spread to leisure divers and watch enthusiasts alike.
Protected by a 44mm stainless steel case, the Superocean 44 Special emphasizes intuitive, easy-to-read design and high-performance engineering. A crisp, black dial utilizes baton hour marks and enlarged hands, as well as luminescent highlights, to allow for quick timekeeping, even in the trickiest of conditions.
An understated square date window occupies the space at 3 o’clock, while 24-hour markings and minute intervals run around the inside and outside of the hour marks. Operating according to Caliber 17 automatic movement system, the watch is protected by anti-glare sapphire glass.
A unidirectional bezel allows for accurate dive timing and secures the protective glass in place.
A broad, silver stainless steel strap contributes to the strong aesthetics and allows for a comfortable fit.
Water resistant to 1,000 meters.
